“We had this crazy idea: There’s a small island on the Pacific coast of Canada with 900 people, one general store, two ferries away from the nearest town. Long story short, we sold everything, packed our bags, and left.”
Written as they composed their second album Trees & Shadows, the book weaves tales of transformation from Esther and Marc through an intimate take on what it was like to leave everything behind and start a new life.
